Dr Maryam grew up in Melbourne and completed her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Melbourne.

Maryam is passionate about making sure everyone’s dental experience is as comfortable as possible, especially those with dental anxiety. She strongly believes in patient centred care, which emphasises the importance of listening to and understanding the patient’s individual needs.

Dr Maryam’s interests include oral surgery, preventative and restorative dentistry and loves working with children and making sure that they grow up not being afraid of going to the dentist.

When not in the dental sphere, Dr Maryam enjoys cooking, going for runs, learning and teaching languages and a good cup of coffee!

Dr Leong completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2014 at the University of Adelaide.

Upon completing her degree, she worked in both public hospitals and private clinics in South Australia allowing her to experience all aspects of dentistry.

She then took up a position at a private practice in Wyndham in 2018 enabling her to bring her skills and experience to Melbourne where she’s been working ever since and is a proud local of our area.

Dr Leong likes to provide dental care to her patients as if she were treating herself or her own family. She has a gentle and caring manner and aims to make dental appointments as comfortable as possible.

In order to provide the most up to date treatments to patients, Dr Leong has attended several continuing education professional development courses.

Outside of dentistry Dr Leong enjoys sketching, baking, long walks and playing the piano.
